Cancellations:
All
cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee,
and availability of a refund depends on the timing of
the cancellation. Refer to the Registrar for additional
details.
Places
in the Driving School will be prioritized by date
payment is received (Paypal or Snail Mail). You will be
notified if you're on the waiting list.
Confirmation
packets with additional school information
will be emailed at least two weeks before the school. If
you have not received your confirmation packet
by two weeks prior to the event, contact us
at dschool@peachtreebmwcca.org. Tech forms
included in the confirmation package need to
be
filled out prior to registration at the track. If we need
to perform this tech at the track there will be a $50 service
charge!
Incomplete
or illegible forms or entries received without
payment will not be accepted and will be returned to the
student.
Driver
Age Limit
All
participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Track
Damages:
You will
be held personally responsible for damages to the track
that may occur. For example, if you spill oil on the
track, damage a tire wall or concrete barrier, Road Atlanta
will bill Peachtree BMW CCA (the school organiser) for these
damages. We will in turn ask you to reimburse us this cost.
This applies to any charges incurred for the use of tow trucks
or ambulance above what we have agreed to in our contract
with Road Atlanta for the event.
Helmets
- As
of January 1st, 2006: Helmets must be Snell 2000
or later.
SNELL 95 ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED
Race
Prepped Cars
- All cars
must have 2 seats. If you arrive in a car without
2 seats you will not be able to participate
and there
will be no refund.
- All student cars must have equal restraints for instructor
and driver.
