Mark your calendars for Saturday February 4th, 2012 and join your fellow BMW enthusiasts as the Peachtree Chapter gathers for its annual post-holiday party, now known as Winterfest!
Winterfest is being held at one of the newest venues in Metro Atlanta: The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. Enjoy dinner, dancing, a silent auction, and a skyline view of Atlanta! Proceeds from the silent auction will benefit the BMW CCA Foundation; cash, check, or credit cards will be accepted for purchase of auction items. As usual, a cash bar will be available.
Registration is now open at Motorsportreg.com. If you haven't already registered on MSR, DO IT! MSR is our official tool for any event that requires member registration, a firm head count, a limit on attendance, and/or a charge for an event.

The primary emphasis of the Tire Rack Street Survival® is a "hands-on" driving experience in real-world situations! We use your own car to teach you about its handling limits and how you can control them. The students will become more observant of the traffic situation they find themselves in. They will learn to look far enough ahead to anticipate unwise actions of other drivers. As the students master the application of physics to drive their cars, they will make fewer unwise driving actions themselves. They will understand why they should always wear their own seatbelts, and why they should insist that their passengers wear seatbelts, too.
It's about more than driving - it's about LIVING!
Cost: $75 per student
Requirements: Licensed or permitted drivers, ages 16 to 21 are allowed in the program.
Note: High profile vehicles owners (i.e SUV's, Trucks, Vans etc...) need to review the FAQ section on these vehicles participating in the program
